Ethereal puffs of handmade marshmallow cradled in fine Bissinger's chocolate. It's so light that it's been described as "eating a cloud". These are made by hand-whipping the sugar and Madagascar vanilla to stiff peaks until perfectly aerated and just the right texture to cut into bite-sized bonbons. They are then drenched in a thin layer of velvety rich milk chocolate. These celestial puffs lend an extra-special twist to cups of hot cocoa and makes s'mores in a snap.
